SOOYOON KIM
Singer · Songwriter · Producer · Drummer
Born in Seoul and raised in California, Sooyoon developed his musical identity through a diverse blend of Korean and Western influences. He officially debuted in 2013 as the drummer of the K-pop band Royal Pirates and began his professional career in South Korea after being recognized as a “Super Rookie” at Cho Yong-pil’s Supersonic Festival.
Sooyoon later expanded his career into songwriting and music production, building a catalog of more than 150 released songs. His notable works include “Sudden Shower,” featured in the tvN drama Lovely Runner, as well as songs for P1Harmony, JO1, INI, NEXZ, CRAVITY, SF9, FTISLAND, CNBLUE, HIGHLIGHT, and ISEGYE IDOL.
Today, Sooyoon continues to work as both a solo artist and producer, sharing his music with audiences across Asia and around the world.
